Calder Plaza has been pretty busy so far this month with Festival of the Arts happening at the start of the month. Now, June is wrapping up with one of Grand Rapids' largest festivals.

Grand Rapids Pride is taking place this weekend, June 22nd from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. I have been going to Pride for a few years now, and it's always a great time (minus the protesters standing on the street corners).

On top of a day of events, the festival will feature over 100 different vendors (full list here), a beer garden with non-alcoholic drinks also available, food trucks, family-friendly activities, and more. Admission is free but donations are encouraged.
