Minor league baseball player Sean Smith hit a game-tying home run for the York Revolution.

But as he was rounding first base, he fell to his knees. Smith ended up tearing his ACL after the hit!

In the video, it's clear he's in pain and can barely stand up, let alone round make it to home. No one can help him.

Watch as he hops on one foot around the bases while his team cheers him on and waits for him at home plate. The crowd loves it, too.

The York Revolution went on to win the Atlantic League game 3-2 over the Sugar Land Skeeters last week, The York (Pa.) Daily Record reported.
