If you're in charge of writing and producing a public-service announcement, your goal is to make an impact and be memorable.

Well, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED for the group that put this one together, although maybe for the wrong reason.

This public-service announcement aired during the Super Bowl Sunday night, but only in St. Louis.

It's supposed to warn of the dangers of doing heroin, but the message, perhaps, gets lost because of the catchiest tune ever used as the backing track.
