A Forest Hills middle-school teacher has been charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal-sexual conduct of two minors.

According to an article by MLive.com, the alleged sexual misconduct took place on the campus of Central Middle School in the Forest Hills school district. John Patrick Moglia, a 55-year-old resident of Lowell, is accused of sexually molesting two students under the age of 15.

Wood TV 8 is reporting that during Moglia's arrangement yesterday, another complaint about the teacher surfaced from 2019.  The article also goes on to say that Moglia has been referred to as a "touchy person."  The details of the case are just now starting to come out and are already pretty graphic.

If convicted, Modlia will face up to 2 years in prison.  His bond is set at $1,000.
