A couple Saturdays ago, the Share the Welt Tour stopped by the Delta Plex which featured Five Finger Death Punch, Hatebreed, and All That Remains. It was quite the amazing show, and listeners were given the chance to play Poker with Ivan Moody of FFDP. While Ivan was kickin' some ass, at Poker, I was able to sit in with Jeremy Spencer and Chris Kael to talk about the tour.

Five Finger Death Punch has released a few albums now, and I have always been curious of where the unique name "Five Finger Death Punch" comes from.

"Zoltan has always been a fan of Martial Arts films, such as KILL BILL where he pulled the name from. It was called a "Five Finger Lotus Punch," but that didn't sound very cool when you chant it out in a crowd."

Chris Kael is the new bassist of Five Finger Death Punch, after he replaced departing bassist Matt Snell. When asked what his favorite tour was....well obviously...but it's cool to think how you can be someone one minute, and then a day later, performing in front of 5,000 people.

"I would have to say the "Share the Welt Tour" because it is my first tour! It's amazing to see as I was bar tending 6 months ago, and now I am playing in front of 5,000 to 6,000 people a night. It's awesome."
