Family Fare Stores Temporarily Changes Hours, Add Hours for At Risk Shoppers
Like several other stores, Family Fare has announced they are changing their hours due to the coronavirus.
In a Facebook post, they said that heir 24-hour stores will now operate from 6a-12a daily. This is so employees can properly sanitize and restock the store. This, however, does not affect their location in Wyoming -- that will remain 24 hours.
They will also be enacting special hours for those more at risk for contracting coronavirus (COVID-19), including older adults, pregnant women and immunocompromised individuals.
Reserved hours will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
In addition, Family Fare stores are also suspending self-serve areas such as their salad and soup bars and bread and doughnut cases. Counter service will also be suspended.
You can pick up these items in prepackaged containers, made fresh every day by Family Fare associates with the highest cleanliness and food safety standards.
SpartanNash's other stores (D&W and Forest Hills Foods) will also remain open.
