From September 15th to October 15th, you can pick your own apples at Moelker Orchards. Besides apples, you can also pick your own pumpkins throughout that month of October.

If picking apples and pumpkins isn't your vibe, you can also take the whole family on a horse-drawn wagon ride. The wagon ride includes scavenger hunts as well.

This one is strictly for my 21 and up friends. You should definitely add this to your fall activities list.

Red Barn Market offers a Hard Cider tasting room. The kiddies can come along as well and eat some homemade donuts, pick pumpkins and meet the farm animals.

Get lost in the Corn Maze at Heidi's Farmstand

Heidi's Farmstand is the perfect place if you are desperate need to visit a corn maze.

It has two different mazes for you to experience. The first is a junior course that takes roughly 15 to 20 minutes to navigate. The other adult one takes roughly 45 to 60 minutes.

You can visit the corn maze every day during October.

There is no better way to spend a fall day only an hour north of Grand Rapids.

ArtPrize is coming back to Grand Rapids from September 15th to October 2nd.

"ArtPrize is an independent international art competition in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It celebrates artists working in all mediums from anywhere in the world."

Throughout those 18 days, you can see art exhibitions throughout the city in all of the public parks, museums, galleries, vacant storefronts, bars, and bridges.

ArtPrize gives $450,000 to artists directly through grants to support their creative outlets.
