More worry if you’re still buying beef.  Now over 6 million pounds of beef is being recalled for fear of Salmonella contamination.

This recall comes from the Arizona-based meat producer JBS Tolleson, according to the USDA.

The recalled beef was sold between July 26th and September 7th.  So far 57 different cases of salmonella illness have been reported in 16 different states.

Check your beef and see if where the USDA Inspection sticker/stamp is will have the number “EST 267” inside the USDA Seal. identified under which brands the beef was sold which include:

Walmart, Cedar River Farms Natural Beef, Showcase, Showcase/Walmart and JBS Generic.
