Driving Through Waterfowl and Private Police Audio – FBHW Segment 16
Today on Segment 16, the police are looking for some jerks who intentionally injured and killed some geese on the lake. Also, there's a lawsuit over the use of legally(?) recorded audio of a police call.
First up, some witnesses took video of some a-hole yahoos plowing through flocks of geese on a lake, after spending time corralling the animals. At least one of the geese is dead, and several are injured. If you know who these jerks are, turn them in. This is animal cruelty, and there are laws.
Then, one of the police officers fired for mishandling the drunk driving incident of a prosecuting attorney is suing to have the recording of his phone call during the arrest made private. He's claiming the line was supposed to be unrecorded, but was recorded. He also wants his job back, and money for the hassle.
