In New Caney, Texas things are getting pretty crazy on bingo night at East Montgomery County Senior Center. A few months ago, the living center came up with the idea of drive-in bingo. Seniors can park their cars under a pavilion, tune into a radio station to hear the numbers, and honk and wave if they win.

It's pretty genius, honestly. During the pandemic we've seen drive-in concerts, and uptick in people attending drive-in movies, drive-in church services, and more. So, why wouldn't drive-in bingo work?

ABC-13 reports that there isn't even a monetary prize for these bingo games. Instead, the prizes are household items like paper towel, dish soap and snacks. But, that doesn't keep the folks playing from taking it very, very seriously.
