It might be a very scary time for kids at the Grand Rapids Public Museum this October, because they'll be working with Dracula's blood. Creeeeeeeeeepy!

Actually, it's going to be loads of fun for kids as part of the ongoing Science Tuesdays programming at the Grand Rapids Public Museum (GRPM). They'll have the chance to work with various hands-on stations to learn all about creepy chemistry.

As part of October’s Science Tuesdays, you'll get to make chemical reactions with Franken-worms, Dracula’s blood and foggy pumpkins, build molecules with marshmallows and Legos® and test household items for acidity to learn about the pH of each item.

Science Tuesdays is all day every Tuesday at the Museum and includes a variety of activities and interactive displays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and, it's all free with general admission to the Museum.

By the way, next Saturday, October 8th you can join the Aquinas College Chemistry Club for special chemistry demonstrations from 11a.m. until 3 p.m. inside the Museum.
