Death of Mother and Children in Northern Kent County Ruled a Murder-Suicide

Autopsy results confirm that a 28-year-old Solon Township mother killed her three daughters and then herself Monday.

In a release, the Kent County Sheriff revealed that deputies said that evidence shows that Aubrianne Moore shot and killed her three daughters.

The bodies of all four were found at a home on 19 Mile Rd. in Solon Township Monday afternoon. Police reports state that the mother used a bolt action hunting-style rifle to shoot her three children at a separate location.

After the shooting, police say she loaded her children, ages 2, 6, and 8 into her car, drove them to 19 Mile Rd. and then turned the gun on herself.

The children are identified as  2-year-old Alaina Rau, 6-year-old Cassidy Rodery and 8 year-old Kyrie Rodery.
