Stephen Colbert Auctioning Off ‘Only In Monroe’ Memorabilia
It's been a wild couple of weeks for Stephen Colbert and the now-concluded Late Show. Less than 24 hours after the Late Show's demise, Colbert made a surprise appearance on "Only In Monroe", a public access broadcast part of the Monroe Community Media network.

His appearance on the show has thrust it into the national spotlight, and now, as a thank-you for allowing him on, Colbert is returning the favor by hosting an auction of props from his time in Monroe, as well as from eleven years ago.
Colbert's "Only In Monroe" Auction
Earlier today, Stephen Colbert appeared in a video on the Monroe Community Media YouTube channel, announcing that a signed original script from his Late Night test run on the network back in 2015, and a signed script from his latest broadcast with special guests Eminem and Jeff Daniels, were available on eBay.
In addition, there are signed mugs, signed parts of the set that were destroyed at the end of his broadcast, and a signed vinyl for The Great Big Joy Machine.

During his special show, he covered news from Monroe, featured humorous segments with the MCM staff, and interviewed Michigan native Jeff Daniels while remaking his viral sandwich. Daniels appeared on Colbert's test show 11 years ago. You can watch the entire broadcast here.
Colbert, Daniels, and MCM set the old show set on fire with permission from surprise fire marshal Eminem. Public media can always benefit from fundraising, so whether you're a fan of Colbert or just want to support public media, you can find the link to the auction here.
