Charlie Sheen to Announce He’s HIV-Positive on ‘The Today Show’

PEOPLE is reporting that Charlie Sheen will take to "The Today Show" to announce that he is HIV-positive. 

Rumors started swirling last week after RadarOnline published a story stating that an A-List celebrity had tested HIV-positive. Over the weekend, the National Enquirer reported that that celebrity was Charlie Sheen.

Howard Bragman, a top Hollywood crisis manager told PEOPLE that Sheen "is getting treatment."

Sheen has a history of erratic behavior, substance abuse, and has admitted to soliciting a prostitute in the past.

TMZ is reporting that the secret came out when several of Sheen's former partners threatened him with lawsuits.
