Man Gets 19 Years For Making Vile Child Porn In Michigan

One of the worst byproducts of the internet is how it allows pedophiles to run free to make the most vile child pornography, and the latest to go down was a Michigan man.

I will never understand why people sexually assault children, or anyone for that matter, but what is even worse is when they make videos to sell for profit or share online with other pedophiles.

Penalties for Making Child Pornography in Michigan

I was shocked to learn that someone who was involved in making child porn was found guilty, and that a prison sentence of no more than 25 years is the maximum, when that child will be affected for their entire life.

The fine is not more than $125,000. You would think such cruel, vile crimes would have longer sentences and bigger fines.

According to Michigan legislation, the definitions of child sex crimes are as follows:

Child sexually abusive activity or material; penalties; possession of child sexually abusive material; expert testimony; defenses; acts of commercial film or photographic print processor; report to law enforcement agency by computer technician; reasonable availability of evidence to defendant; applicability and uniformity of section; enactment or enforcement of ordinance, rule, or regulation prohibited. 

Mi Man Gets Only 19 Years For Making Disgusting Child Porn

According to MLive, 28-year-old Thomas Encil Blake, of Brownstown, was sentenced by a federal judge to 19 years in prison for making the "vilest materials" in a child pornography case.

Blake made a video of himself assaulting a 6-year-old. When authorities searched Blake's homes, they found over 8,000 images and over 6,000 videos of child pornography of infants, toddlers, and bestiality.

Blake's iPhone was filled with him committing sex acts over and on top of the children he would babysit between the ages of 5 and 6.
