Slowly, the state of Michigan is re-opening after having to close down in mid-March due to the Coronavirus.

It has been amazing to see how many people have gotten haircuts in the last couple of days since the salons have been able to re-open.

Bars and restaurants have also been given the OK to open. On Wednesday, June 17th, Brewery Vivant will once again have their doors open.

On their website, they explained the re-opening process...

"Starting June 17 our Walloon Room, Beer Garden and Extended Patio are open from 12-10 daily! Join us for a craft beer and lunch with friends or bring the work team down for dinner. You will find our menu to be paired down while we adjust to our new requirements and get a better feel for what our guests are most craving. We will open our beautiful chapel and bar seating as soon as we feel we can do so safely for our guests and our team members. Groups are limited to no more than 10 at this time per the Executive Order and all guests are asked to wear a mask when not seated."

There are also a few other changes at this point:

  • Until further notice, they will not be hosting tours.
  • Beginning with their re-opening on June 17th, they are strongly encouraging reservations for visiting guests of all party sizes (maximum 10 per group). You can make reservations right on their website.
