BJ Blazkowicz is America’s Number One Celebrity Terrorist in Wolfenstein II [Preview]
There are few things in this world as unsettling as walking down the street in a Nazi-fied American town. Though the version of that world only exists in Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, it's a harrowing bit of revisionist history that puts you on edge the moment BJ steps out into Roswell's main street in 1961. Nazis and Third Reich imagery is plastered all over, with plenty of white people in the streets celebrating a parade. Making things even more alien were the posters of "Terror-Billy" plastered over every open space that wasn't already filled with fascist propaganda or decoration.
In Wolfenstein II, you may be stepping into the shoes of a resistance hero, but in the Nazi-occupied United States, BJ Blazkowicz is public enemy number one.

Bring Home a Life-Size Batfleck With Hot Toys’ New Armored Batman Statue
For the past year or so, Hot Toys has been teasing life-size statues of its licensed figures from the Marvel, Star Wars and DC Comics universes. Though the gigantic pieces have typically been "display only" and never put up for sale, there was always a feeling Hot Toys was taking the temperature of fan interest in taking a giant Chris Evans or Hulkbuster home. Given Hot Toys' adoration of Iron Man, many speculated a life-size Tony Stark would be the first to make the leap to the consumer market. That's not the case however, and today Hot Toys surprised everyone by revealing the life-size Armored Batman as the first in this new 1:1 scale series.
Now I've stuck up for the look of this suit despite my general feelings of malaise towards Dawn of Justice, and that holds true to this larger version as well. The armored batsuit is well-designed armor outfit that's hard to find fault with... to a degree. It's pretty damn accurate to the comic it's based on, and like I've said before, it maintains Batman's striking silhouette even though it's a giant metal suit. When kept at the 1:1 size ratio, which makes Batman here a hefty 6' 4", the more questionable design elements stand out a bit more. I'm talking about that cod piece.

Funko Opens the Floodgates of Batman V Superman Collectibles
Last summer, Funko released the first of its Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice collectibles in an exclusive set at San Diego Comic-Con. For those of you who couldn't attend, and didn't want to pay exorbitant prices on the secondary market, we have good news--there are a bunch of new Funko Pops, Minis, Idolz, and bobbleheads coming. It's not really all that surprising. There was no way there was only going to be two Funko Pops for DC's biggest film of the year. At least now we know what to expect in the coming months... at least so far as the heroes are concerned.
At this point in the Funko game, you'd actually have a harder time thinking of something the company hasn't created at least one Pop for than things it has. Batman V Superman is getting the full-court press from Funko, too, with every aspect of the company's various lines getting in on the action. You want a tiny, baby Batman driving a Batmobile? You got it. Want to chew on Aquaman while thinking about what to write in your journal? Yeah, they got you covered there, too.
Fallout 4 Review (Xbox One)
War never changes, but the console and gaming landscape has dramatically over the last seven years. In the time since Fallout 3's release, open-world games have evolved quite a bit thanks to that game's success. New platforms have also emerged, giving developers the resources to make larger, more detailed worlds for players to explore, while adding in the additional graphical benefits new hardware provides. While the rest of the world was moving on at an incredible pace, Bethesda was taking its time with Fallout 4. A proper fourth entry in the series needed to be bigger and better than before, but the wait was excruciating for fans. Though the franchise hasn't come quite as far in the last seven years as we'd hoped, but Fallout 4 is still an impressive piece of work that's not to be missed.
