An Absolutely Disgusting Head Lice Infestation [Video]

Hopefully you're not about to eat something because if you are, watching this video would be very poorly timed. Seriously, we're warning you now, if you're eating, you're not going to want to watch this.

This guy has head lice, and it might be the worst case of head lice ever recorded. You know that if it's bad enough that you can record it, that it's bad.  And yeah, it's bad. 

I got head lice from one of the dirty kids in my class when I was a kid, and it was no joke. How in the world does someone let their infestation get this bad?!?
