Who's ready for a trip out west? Beginning next month, Allegiant Air will be offering flights to Portland, Oregon out of the Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids.

The direct flights will be offered on Mondays and Fridays, beginning on Friday, June 4th. Cheap flights start at $39.

Portland is the  largest and most populous city in the state of Oregon. Along with many numerous museums and educational institutions, Portland has been named the best city in the world for street food by several publications.
