Well, great news if you love Martha's Vineyard! The specialty wine and gourmet grocery store is expanding with a new event venue and bar in Grand Rapids' Midtown neighborhood.

Martha's Vineyard is opening up 623 Venue & Events at 623 Lyon St. NE.  They describe it as  "a warm, innovative, and collaborative event space for your social, corporate, and private events with direct access to professional kitchen equipment and a full-service bar." Take a tour here!

The space has room for 44 people. 623 Venue & Event will also host pop-ups, food truck vendors, ticketed one-off chef's dinners and more. One event that is already scheduled is a South African wine tasting coming up May 15 that includes small bites.

But it's not just for private events! Martha's Vineyard shared to Facebook that starting May 6, 623 Venue and Events will offer public for bar service every Tuesday through Thursday from 5 to 11p.m.
