We're sad to report that three boys in Battle Creek Michigan, ages 11, 12 & 13, are facing charges for allegedly repeatedly raping two younger boys.

According to the Battle Creek Enquirer, the suspects are each facing three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. The boys are currently being held at the Calhoun County Juvenile Home. Battle Creek Police Chief Jim Blocker said their case is being handled in juvenile court.

The assaults where allegedly happening in a garage on South Wabash Avenue just south of Capital Avenue. Authorities say the suspects held down the victims, who were ages 6 and 8, during the assaults.

The most recent assault allegedly took place on June 11 with the victims finally telling the mother about the incidents on June 12.

According to Battle Creek Police, on June 12 the garage went up in flames. Although no one was hurt in the blaze, the suspects had said the fire was starting while they were smoking in the garage but investigators think the fire was an attempt to destroy the evidence.

The suspects and the victims names have not been announced since they are all minors but Police think there may be more victims and possible additional charges to come.
