Michigan’s ‘I Voted’ Sticker Contest Winners Revealed

If Michigan's primary elections earlier weren't an indication to you, we're in a midterm year around the United States; not for a new President, but for the Senate, the House of Representatives, and many local elections. But for many of us, voting this season started earlier, when Michiganders submitted their votes in Michigan's one-of-a-kind "I Voted" Sticker Contest.

Throughout June, over 90 finalists duked it out in hopes of being one of 9 stickers chosen to be available this fall on Election Day, November 3rd. Today, we selected the winners from the public vote in the elementary, high school, and general categories, and they are all great.

From over 2000 entries to 90, to 9 winners, here are the nine that were chosen.

These designs will be available as stickers. If you want a specific sticker, it's best to show up sooner rather than later; I anticipate that the "let me sleep" cat, "I Voted" license plate, and "No, yeah" stickers will be the most popular. Or, if you miss out on it completely, you can always buy one on eBay.
