Your Chance to Buy Kid Rock’s Motor City Mansion
Well if you would like to live like the Bullgod Kid Rock, his Motor City Mansion and boat house could be yours.
Kid Rock, a Michigan native, has bought several homes across the state since becoming a successful rockstar.
Rock has been spending more of his time, if not all of it, in Nashville where he has been living for the past couple years. He also owns a bar there that he spends a lot of time at.
According to MLive, if you got a cool $2.2 million tucked away, you could own the 6,000 square foot mansion that sits on the Detroit river (that is full of walleye by the way) and it comes with its own garage style boathouse.
I almost forgot to tell you that mansion sits right across the river from Belle Isle Park so when your catching walleye on the dock (see what I did there?), the park will be in full view.
When you have the kind of cash Rock has, you should expect the he has had the home customized for entertaining friends and family.
We will start with the boathouse, that was a new piece that was added to the property by Rock and this is pretty sweet...he had an outdoor shower put in so you can rinse off the Detroit River after a day on the water.
But wait...there's more (you may have heard that on the Free Beer & Hot Wings Show), the boathouse also comes complete with jet ski lifts and there is an upper deck to party on the river. You won't have to worry about the the property washing into the river because there is a brand new break wall that has been installed.
Everyone knows Rock is a big sports fan, so it would only make sense to install a killer four seasons room that has a bitchin' entertainment system with multiple TVs so to not miss any game and even watch more than one at a time.
If you are looking for a home with a lot of space, well hopefully 17 rooms will do you. Can you imagine the party you could throw when the pandemic ends?
There are 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms so there shouldn't be any bathroom lines when you throw your parties.
