Wrestlemania 29, the world's biggest wrestling event of the year, is this Sunday and I figured I'd offer a look at not what I think will actually happen, but what would happen if I was booking the show for WWE.

Pre-Show WWE Intercontinental Title Match

Champion Wade Barrett vs The Miz - I'd put The Miz over Barrett to set the tone for an exciting night with a title change.

Brodus Clay, Tensai, Cameron & Naomi vs Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandow & The Bella Twins - This match has the potential to entertain, but in the big picture means absolutely nothing.  When a match means nothing, let the good guys (and girls) win.  Brodus, Tensai, Cameron & Naomi over Rhodes, Sandow & The Bellas.

Fandango vs Chris Jericho - This is the debut match for Fandango.  A loss for Jericho won't hurt his status in WWE but a win for Fandango would be huge.  I'm putting Fandango over Jericho perhaps due to some good old-fashioned cheating.

Ryback vs Mark Henry - This one is easy.  Mark Henry is toward the end of his career while Ryback is just getting started.  Ryback over Henry clean.  Feed Me More!  Feed Me More!

The Big Show, Sheamus & Randy Orton vs The Shield - I'd put The Shield over due to Randy Orton turning against his partners in this match.  Unless the WWE wants The Shield to go away, they should win this match.

WWE Tag Team Title Match

Champions Team Hell No (Daniel Bryan & Kane) vs Dolph Ziggler & Big E. Langston - I'm not sure what WWE's plans are for Team Hell No, but this is my fantasy booking and I'm putting the champions over.  Dolph Ziggler will be disappointed, but he'll make up for it later in the show...stay tuned.

The Streak...

The Undertaker vs CM Punk - The Undertaker is undefeated with an unbelievable record of 20-0 at Wrestlemania.  Punk says Undertaker's record will be 20-1 after Sunday night.  How long can The Undertaker continue to show up in time for the biggest show of the year and keep winning on the grandest stage of them all?  All streaks must come to an end and it is customary in wrestling for legends to "pass the torch" to a younger talent.  While this may anger some, if I was booking Wrestlemania I'd have Punk defeat The Undertaker and end the streak.  The 20-0 DVD's have already been sold and it's time to move on.  The next night on RAW, I'd have Punk cut a promo where he states that he never truly lost the WWE Championship but the WWE stole the title from him.  Now, he has stolen something sacred from the WWE Universe, The Undertaker's undefeated Wrestlemania streak.  Then Punk should announce that he's quitting WWE and disappear for a few months, only to return at a later date with more heat than ever.  I'd then induct The Undertaker into the WWE Hall Of Fame next year.

No Holds Barred Match with Triple H's career on the line

Triple H vs Brock Lesnar - I'd have Triple H win, but only after knocking Lesnar out cold with a sledgehammer shot to the head.  Shawn Michaels at ringside will also play a part in helping Triple H to victory.  Lesnar will lose the match but will rebound to face the WWE Champion at a future pay-per-view.

World Heavyweight Title Match

Champion Alberto Del Rio vs Jack Swagger - I'd have Del Rio win the match.  While he's celebrating his successful title defense, Swagger attacks him from behind and puts him in the Patriot Lock until he breaks the ankle of the champion.  At that moment, Dolph Ziggler's music hits and he charges the ring to cash in on his Money In The Bank title shot against a defenseless Del Rio.  Ziggler defeats Del Rio to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.

WWE Championship Match

Champion The Rock vs John Cena - For the second year in a row, I'd have The Rock defeat John Cena clean in the middle of the ring.  The Rock eventually loses the WWE Championship to Brock Lesnar at a later date.  The Rock disappears for a while, Cena eventually beats Brock to become champion, The Rock returns to win the Royal Rumble and then challenges John Cena for the WWE Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania 30.  This time, Cena is defending the title against a challenger he has never beaten, The Rock.  Cena finally beats The Rock to retain the title at WM 30.

That's how I would book it.  We'll see what actually happens Sunday night.  Enjoy the show!  - Shaffee
