It was January 11, 1993, when the WWF's Monday Night Raw first aired on the USA Network.

Monday Night Raw was groundbreaking because wrestling on TV was always pre-taped with a small audience on a sound stage before its inception while Raw was the first to air as the matches happen in front of a live arena audience.
