Video Of Dog Killing Raccoon Released {VIDEO}

Jackson County prosecutors released this video showing Seth Foster's dog killing a raccoon. WARNING: The video contains images that some may find upsetting. Foster ends up pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty.  More on the story from the Jackson Citizen Patriot.
