Scott Weiland, who hasn't had a great track record when it comes to touring to begin with, has now cancelled his upcoming European tour. The stated reasons being 'administrative and production issues', which would not 'provide a great experience for the fans'. Not that I'm saying this isn't possible, but Mr. Weiland has been a bit more suspicious than usual recently.
This is something I probably shouldn't say, and something I'd normally never consider saying. But maybe Scott Weiland needs to be on drugs again. He claims to be sober, and not showing up late, or screwing things up live.

Scott Weiland hasn't been exactly silent since his split with Stone Temple Pilots, and he doesn't seem to be in regular communication with them, either.
In a recent interview, he was asked about a reunion with STP (of course), and he said he'd heard they were having a "cattle call" for a new singer, and maybe he should join the cattle call.
