The Kent County Sheriff's office says an old scam is back. They've issued and advisory about a phone scam involving police impersonators and the sex offender registry.

In Battle Creek, there's a man who's on the Sex Offender list who wants to open up a Food Auction store to "help the community". But people in the neighborhood are a bit upset, and don't want him to be able to. Because his store would be right next door to a toy store, and only a few blocks from a school.

A recent Supreme Court decision found that laws barring access to social media sites is unconstitutional. So now, the National Association for Rational Sex Offense Laws has contacted Mark Zuckerberg, and issued a press release, calling for Facebook to end its ban on Sex Offenders.
