We've heard a story like this before. On Seinfeld, Kramer and Newman famously used a mail truck to bring returnables from New York to Michigan. Today, Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette has announced that a Flint man has plead guilty to returning 10,000 or more out-of-state non-returnable beverage containers. The man owes Michigan $400,000 in restitution.
