After announcing their retirement a few years ago, German legends Scorpions had a change of heart and will keep touring and making new music as they approach their 50th anniversary.

Even though I've never been a huge Scorpions fan, though I do enjoy their music, I've somehow seen them a bunch of times in concert, and managed to meet them a couple of times. Here's the first time I met them...sometime in the early 90's.  They always put of a great show, and sound fantastic, and they have always been really nice people to meet.

Metallica's James Hetfield isn't sure when the end will come, but he says he doesn't want to have a "farewell tour" that isn't the end like KISS or Scorpions.

The list of musicians who have jammed with Steel Panther onstage is endless. At the House of Blues in Hollywood, Calif., Fozzy singer / WWE superstar Chris Jericho and Black Veil Brides singer Andy Biersack joined Steel Panther for a cover of Scorpions' 'Rock You Like a Hurricane.'
