Okay, so Wendy and I started out our first day of the Insane Inflatables 5k at Millennium Park totally innocently. We wanted to get some cool photos and videos from the race. Good shots of people having fun, maybe some video of actual conquering the inflatables...little did we know, things would get out of hand for us.
Thank you to everyone who came out and had some fun with us at the Insane Inflatables 5K race this weekend at Millennium Park! We had a lot of fun, and it looked like everyone had a blast while running and conquering the giant inflatables along the route!
Whether you run or not, you'd have had some fun at the Neon Vibe 5k at Fifth Third Ballpark with WGRD on Saturday night! If you're a runner, it's a great 5k to do, since it's not just waiting around early in the morning to run. There's fun stuff going on beforehand, including Zumba, free stuff, and if you're a guy...a lot of hot ladies in running gear!
I know, I'm pathetic, haha.

Talk about determination.
Elite runner Hyvon Ngetich, of Kenya was leading the 2015 Austin Marathon in Austin, Texas, for most of Sunday when her body just gave out and she collapsed.
What sounds better than running one marathon in a day?
How about running a second marathon right after, only backwards.
Finally, something for Eric Zane to do to spell the downtime and increase his training.
For runners, this weekend is the mother-load of runs in Grand Rapids.
Saturday, October 18, is the Run thru the Rapids, followed by Sunday's Grand Rapids Marathon.
You have to love the creativity people show when getting a new app. The app might be intended for something completely innocent, like tracking your kids or maybe keeping track of your running accomplishments.
For example, the Nike+ app tracks your runs, so you can watch your progress as you run longer and harder.
