According to sources, Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk are teaming up with Public Enemy’s Chuck D and Cypress Hill’s B-Real.
In the midst of such a heated election season, there's no better climate for the return of one of rock's most politically charged bands, Rage Against the Machine. Earlier today, the band showed off a new countdown clock and the hashtag "#takethepowerback".
Remember back in the day, when people hadn't combined rap and metal yet? Anthrax got in there at the beginning with "I'm the Man", and then with their collaboration with Public Enemy for "Bring the Noise". They met, and were fans of each other, and it really brought a lot of attention to both bands at the time.
