NCAA Final Four

Teams from Michigan have made basketball's Final Four a total of 18 times - although 2 would later be stripped away. Here's a trip down memory lane.

As the NCAA's Men's and Women's Basketball titles will be determined starting this weekend, the great state of Michigan will be represented predominately on the television screens across America.

Michigan State's run through the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament came to a halt Saturday night as the Spartans lost to top-seeded Duke 81-61. Denzel Valentine had 22 points and 11 rebounds and Travis Trice 16 points as Michigan State fell in the NCAA Final Four semifinals at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

You’ve heard the comparisons. This is what it is about: This Michigan State University men's basketball team looks a lot like last year’s NCAA Division I national champion, UConn. Whether or not that comparison is fair gets put to the test on the court in the NCAA Final Four at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
