Back in the day before the Internet, people on TV probably screwed up just as much as they do today, but the only way you would see them is if you were watching live or you just happened to have the VCR rolling. But now, with all of the crazy technology that surrounds us, like cell phone cameras and DVRs, it takes just minutes for the world to see a screw up by someone on television.

You would think that if someone was going to do a news piece about something, they would do some research beforehand to have something of a grasp on what they were talking about. Not these idiots on MSNBC's "Morning Joe."
