The new Slayer album comes out on Friday, September 11th, Repentless, and if you read the internet stuff about it, people are constantly slagging Kerry King. Some of it is pretty funny, some of it is idiots blaming him for every evil in the world, Dave Lombardo being let go from Slayer, and even Jeff Hanneman's death. All of which is dumb, but is Kerry really a bad guy?

I understand these people think they've chosen a cool career of crime, and that everyone should respect their skillz at hacking. And you know, there are some hackers to be terrified of, and they can do a lot of damage. But at least make it look like you're TRYING HARD to get our info, and scam us.

The Federal Communications Commission voted 3-2 Thursday to adopt net neutrality rules for an open internet. The FCC's decision makes for regulating internet service providers like public utilities, prohibiting companies from charging for faster lanes on the internet.

The FCC has voted to raise the broadband definition threshold to more than FIVE TIMES the current broadband speeds offered. The current definition of broadband gives us about 4 megabits per second (MBPS) down, and 1 MBPS upload speed. The new standard raises the bar to 25 MBPS down and 3 MBPS up. Holy cow, that will be amazing!
