It is time to train! SHE RUNS GR is back this year in April and training has begun.

This weekend there are Halloween themed events for the kids...and the adults. Also, the Mighty Wurlitzer Organ powers up for another concert, there is shopping at Shipshewana On The Road, a new exhibit opens at the Grand Rapids Public Museum, we have a Beer Festival, Tickets for New Year’s Eve, a Zombie 5K and a Marathon!

This is a big weekend for runners with a couple of different races. We have comedy, shopping, celebrating Halloween with Wild Animals, Hockey, “The Nightmare Before Christmas” and the 80s! That’s a lot to do!

Sunday was the 10th annual Grand Rapids Marathon and Half Marathon. Along with thousands of other people from around Michigan and other surrounding states I laced up my running shoes and joined the madness!
