The fire broke out around 1:45 am, Sunday morning. Both Grand Rapids and Kentwood Fire Departments responded.

There was a lot of commotion downtown this morning, and right across the street from our studios. A car burst into flames in the Ottawa-Fulton parking ramp on level G.
