It's Christmas for Comic Book Lovers: Free Comic Book Day 2022 is back on Saturday May 7th and here are some of the best places to celebrate around West Michigan.

We have a chance to Empty the Shelters, Tulips, the Kentucky Derby, Cinco de Mayo, a Farmer’s Market, a Mom’s Sale, a Shooting Competition, Free Comic Books and more! Get out and enjoy the first weekend in May.

You won’t run out of things to do this weekend! There is the Kentucky Derby and Cinco de Mayo on Saturday. There is also ice skating, tulips, walks, free comic books, naked gardening, free pet adoption, and a party for the Planet!

Free Comic Book Day is a fun holiday, where you can get a FREE comic book! I love it when the name of a holiday makes it clear what happens. Seriously, what are you supposed to do during "Advent"? But on Free Comic Book Day, you go to a comic book store like Vault of Midnight, and you can get a free comic book!

Aside from being World Naked Gardening Day, today is also Free Comic Book Day! Check out a little history about the holiday and find out where in West Michigan you can score free comics and get other awesome deals!

This morning I had the pleasure of sporting my favorite costume, Wonder Woman and visit the children at Helen Devos Children's Hospital! Alongside George from Vault of Midnight (as Batman!) we brought in comics courtesy of Vault of Midnight for the kids to enjoy!
