They don't call Grand Rapids "Beer City USA" for nothing. We have breweries all over town, plus distilleries and cider mills too. Too many choices? Can't decide where to get your next drink? No problem. The Grand Rapids Wheel of Drinks will tell you!

There's now another place in Grand Rapids for you to enjoy a cocktail. As of 3 p.m. on March 23rd, One Bourbon, opened their doors to customers. Being "Beer City USA" means we have plenty of breweries to choose from but according to the restaurants website: Beer city is missing the bourbon...

With the Mitten State getting props for craft beer and wine, it's no surprise we Michiganders like to enjoy our adult beverages. But what city is the drunkest? Roadsnacks, a website that uses "data, analytics, and a sense of humor to determine the dirt on places across the country" has ranked the 10 Drunkest Cities in Michigan.

The test marketing is over and Coca Cola is taking their data and beginning the analyzing. Will Surge make a full market return?

Surge: the final frontier. If you have been sticking to 97.9 WGRD, you'd know that I am quite the Surge fan. I have been part of the Surge Movement for a number of years now, and was extremely excited when Surge was re-released exclusively through Amazon. Things are starting to change though.
