Dead Sara

In late 2012, the Offspring toured with Dead Sara. During the Offpsring's set, Emily Armstrong from Dead Sara would join the band for a stripped down version of 'Gone Away.' A video of an October performance of the song at a show at the Hollywood Palladium, as well as footage of the pair recording a studio version of the song, has been released (watch below).

Taken out of their warm Los Angeles, Calif. environment and withstanding the harsh Michigan cold, Dead Sara rocked Ah-Nab-Awen Park in downtown Grand Rapids to the core during Saturday night's (October 27) GRD Halloween Hellraiser, presented by Founders Brewing Co. The band Dead Sara came to visit me and perform a couple of songs from their debut album. I had already grown attached to the band by listening to their Single "Weatherman" over and over but once I watched them perform "Test On My Patience" & "Face To Face" in our studios I was floored.
