Seems lately like misery loves company. It is not something I am proud of but it's part of the process for me...apparently.

The only time I wasn't overwhelmed with pain was when my body shut down from exhaustion and forced me to sleep. I sometimes still feel heavy guilt but nothing close to the way I felt this day.

Divorce is hell. The emotions you go through can be paralyzing. Pain is temporary but.......
