The almighty GWAR is making a triumphant return to Grand Rapids, and this time, they are bringing more blood! If you looking for a highly offensive but amazing good time, a GWAR show is the place that you want to be.

This coming month, I am going to dub as... 'The Loudest Month in Grand Rapids 2014' Why? The amount of concerts that are coming to The Intersection in November is pretty awesome!

This year is sure going to go out with a bang! So many shows are coming to the Grand Rapids area, it's insanity; especially in November! Another show just got announced and this is one of the more extreme bands I have seen! Michigan natives Battlecross are returning to The Stache!

Michigan thrashers Battlecross will embark on a North American tour this summer with Crimson Shadows and Ikillya. The trek launches July 24 in Columbus, Ohio, and include an Aug 9 date at Birch Run's DIRT Fest. They will also begin working on their third album, due to be released sometime next year. It's been awhile since I have been to a good metal show, actually the 2014 Heavyweights were pretty bad ass. I had never attended a show at The Stache (Inside The Intersection) before, but it was pretty awesome. Protest The Hero, Battlecross, The Safety Fire, Intervals, and Night Versus all played that night, but Battlecross just killed it.
