It’s not an easy time for Rick and Morty fans. Season 4 remains perilously in limbo, and further away by the minute. And where April Fools last year brought a wonderful surprise for fans, Adult Swim has followed up with a bizarre Australian remake that may or may not be sanctioned by creators.
If you thought fighting over Szechuan sauce was peak Rick and Morty saturation, ooooo-whee. The acclaimed and increasingly-controversial Adult Swim animated series has gone even more adult, earning its very own porn parody. Be warned – there’s squanching.
Rick and Morty caused enough chaos inspiring fans to pursue lost McDonald’s sauce; let alone the restaurant itself trying to keep pace. Now, after weekend return shortages, McDonald’s promises the Szechuan dipping sauce is coming back full-time this winter.
For one beautiful moment, it seemed the multiverses of Rick and Morty aligned to bring us the McDonald’s Szechuan dipping sauce that Rick famously ranted about. Now, it seems McDonald’s one-day promotion has turned more sour than sweet, as empty locations rile up fans.
Metalocalypse, the most metal television show of all time!
Sadly, the show was cancelled from Adult Swim after it's initial run on the network and we haven't seen a new episode ever since.
What could solve this problem? FAN DEMAND!
Pretty much the only reason that I do not have cable is because I can't afford the extra expense.
In reality though, the reason I don't have a cable or satellite provider is because I know there will not be a 5th season of Metalocalype.
Those of you who watch Robot Chicken on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim programming block know how hilarious the show can be. The 15-minute an episode program parodies everything from pop culture, to video games, and retro icons from the past. Would you f*#k with Mr. T and Foo Fighters? I think not.
