For the past 10-plus years he's been living in Japan hosting Japanese television shows and working on other projects.

“Japan has always been a big influence on my writing and playing, even before I moved here....It’s been a big force in my music altogether,” said Friedman, who has lived in Japan for the past 15 years.

David Ellefson played bass for Megadeth throughout a majority of the band's existence, so he certainly has a ton of experience
