What is Considered Road Rage in Michigan?
Anyone who has driven a vehicle has been cut off by another driver or witnessed something that made them angry while driving. I drive nearly 50 minutes one way each day, and nearly every day someone raises my blood pressure with their driving, but I'm sure once in a while I'm the driver who is making another driver angry too.
In Michigan, road rage is considered an array of aggressive behaviors, including verbal and gestural acts like yelling or making obscene gestures to physical actions such as aggressive tailgating, break-checking, or intentionally ramming another vehicle.
