A line of thunderstorms pushing through West Michigan Tuesday evening broke in time to provide a flaming sunset. Here are some photos.

The old saying goes 'red skies at night, sailors delight', but a flaming orange sky isn't bad either.

Slow moving thunderstorms washed through the area Tuesday, but it was the back end of the those rain clouds that provided the flaming display of color, to coincide with the season.

Which is cool. Especially considering the fact that Lake effect snow is indeed a possibility Friday or Saturday.

And it wasn't just here either.
