This past weekend, Joe led the Free Beer and Hot Wings team at the Fifth Third Riverbank Run. Not only did he run the race under an hour, he also partied pretty hard a little and got quite drunk after. How did he prep for the race? How did he feel afterwards?

Joe talks about the day Russ came and asked if he'd run the 5K, and Joe said no, he'd run the 10K! Why he said that, I don't think even Joe knows.

So it was off to train...eventually.

Joe ran a few miles here and there, and was seriously hurting, and the doubts started to pile up. But come the day of the race, things took a turn for the better.
