Michigan’s First Jinya Ramen Bar Now Open
It's always exciting when a restaurant chain expands into Michigan! An eatery known for its slow-cooked, flavorful ramen has finally come to the Mitten State.
Owner Tomo Takashi opened the first Jinya restaurant in Tokyo in 2000. The son of a successful restauranteur, he wanted to continue his family's legacy of serving delicious food at reasonable prices that's accessible to everyone. Takashi opened the first Jinya Ramen Bar in the U.S. in L.A. in 2010.
