Here we go! Twenty-five years can fly by pretty quick, but Jane's Addiction's Ritual de lo Habitual has proved to be a timeless album that feels just as vital today. Fans had a chance to revisit that experience last year when the band celebrated the album's 25th anniversary with a special show saluting the disc, and now more fans can keep that memory with them with the new Blu-Ray/DVD/CD, Ritual de lo Habitual: Alive at 25.

The band let the cameras roll during their Sept. 23 performance last fall at the now demolished Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre in Irvine, Calif., one of the more popular venues for shows in the SoCal area.

"Twenty-five years -- what a beautiful milestone for both Ritual De Lo Habitual and Lollapalooza," said Perry Farrell in announcing the new release. "Both were great achievements in our lives that also helped change the course of music history, we really sought to come up with a special show for this tour so that the fans could celebrate it with us."

You can watch a trailer for the Mark Ritchie-directed concert film above, and as you can see it was quite a show. Not only did the band bring forth the stellar album in the live setting, but they bolstered the performance with scantily clad dancers, visually appealing stunts and even had a guest turn from Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins. “I wanted to have as much realism, reaction, playing off one another. It’s like being at a cock fight," says Farrell in the trailer above.

Jane's Addiction's Ritual de lo Habitual: Alive at 25 is due Aug. 4 via Cleopatra Entertainment. Pre-orders are currently being taken at Amazon.
