
Shocking Video Leads to Michigan Teacher’s Firing After Classroom Tirade
A teacher at a Michigan high school is out of a job after video was posted online of her yelling at a student in her class.

In the video, the teacher at Pontiac High School can be seen and heard arguing with several students in the classroom.
during the exchange, the teacher said several swear words towards the students which is obviously a big no-no.

Parent Kayla Burns talked to CBS Detroit about the incident:
"Seeing that video, I'm telling you, my whole mind was blown," Burns said. "How are you going to expect children to conduct themselves in a mature or adult manner, like they expect them to, when adults cannot? Not only an apology, I want change, transparency, and better with communication."
I don't know if we have the full story of this situation or not since we didn't see what happened before the camera started rolling.
I've heard some horror stories from teachers that have dealt with students that are rude, disrespectful and a distribution in the classroom.
Regardless of if that happened or not, no teacher or staff member at school should ever talk to a student that way.
If things were really bad then send them to the principals office and let them deal with it.

The Pontiac Education Association chimed in on the situation saying that the teacher's actions are deeply saddening and her behavior doesn't represent what they see from the rest of the teachers they represent.
